Job Description
Ideally the candidate should be coming from a CDN background having experience in Linux , server hardware and python and from a networking point of view we only need someone with good Layer 2 experience.
The details are as below:

Strong server experience (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)

Strong Linux and server support experience is required

Good service provider industry and data centre knowledge.

Configuring , t-shooting , upgrading, working on Cisco , Arista switches.

Single mode fiber and routing & switching knowledge.

Deploy, configure, and support a large-scale production and corporate network and server infrastructure in data centres and Point of Presence (POP) sites across many regions.

Be able to multi-task on various assignments, take ownership and responsibility and meet strict deadlines.

Schedule and perform network maintenance, repair, and upgrade tasks as needed while limiting the impact on the production network
Skills:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in DC , Network deployment, building large-scale infrastructure, and providing support for Linux based servers and Network devices.

The Candidate should come from a CDN background with at least 3 years’ experience in CDN network environment

Experience with Enterprise and Service Provider network hardware platforms and architectures including routers/switches and data center switching platforms.

Strong competence of routing and switching technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, , CDP, LLDP, BGP, Ether-Channel.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem solving abilities under pressure

Proficiency in Linux operating system , CISCO and Arista Layer 3 switches and experience with load-balancing technologies
